Dance Fit is an open class of dance technique and strengthening your body for everyone who believes that repetition is the mother of wisdom and that you need to practice, practice and practice for proper results.
Lessons are conducted in English. I can guarantee you that you will sweat and switch off completely while dancing.
My dancing background comes from styles such as contemporary dance, jazz dance, swing (especially during warm-up) and even tap, funk or ballet. I enrich the lessons with body isolation, improvisation, floor work and other techniques.
I strive for diversity, emphasizing finding an "inner dancer" and liberating oneself. Some lessons are accompanied by pop music, r'n'b or musical music. During the class, we strengthen the so-called problem areas (abdomen, thighs and buttocks) and at the end we show gratitude to our bodies with stretching and relaxation.
You can look forward to dance exercises that strengthen the center of the body, which is important for mastering most of the dance movements. Then you will jump, kick your feet and turn multiple turns with no problems..
